I declare that the vehicle is in perfect condition at the time of purchase of this policy.
I declare that the vehicle does not have any unclaimed accidents at the time of purchase of this policy.
I declare that all required pictures of the vehicle being insured is taken as on the date of purchase of the policy and the same will be uploaded in the link provided in mail/SMS or mailed to the sales@bimasokoni.co.tz within 24 hours of purchase of the policy.
I understand and agree that this contract of insurance shall be considered null and void from inception, if I have provided any wrong information or misrepresented any material facts, photographs (or not provided any) or documents in connection with this insurance and all benefits thereunder, including the premium shall be forfeited.
